Altar Tiles
Although not strictly a necessity, an altar tile is often used in the setting of an altar in many of the earth-based spiritual traditions. The altar tile may be used in conjunction with the altar cloth or separately. In some traditions it is an implement in its own right, while in others it is used to support ancillary items such as herbs, an incense burner, or a Goddess candle. Some ritual traditions even use it as a paten upon which to rest the chalice and athame so they do not rest directly upon the altar table, even covered by the altar cloth.

Celtic Petagram and Moons Altar Tile
This silver-plated brass altar tile is decorated with an interlaced pentagram with crescent moons tucked into the space between the points of the star and the circle. At once both sturdy and beautiful, it's an excellent choice for outdoor rituals, particularly ones in which a number of individuals will be moving around the altar.
Pentagram and Leaves Altar Tile
Made of silver-plated brass, this altar tile features a pentagram with delicate images of leaves in fine bas relief within the spaces created by the pentagram's elements.
